CENTRAL STATES HYDRAULIC SERVICES – SMS PROGRAM ADDENDUM TO TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: October 2, 2026


1. Who we are and how this addendum applies
This addendum applies to the text messaging program of Central States Hydraulic Services, a business of Aksar-Cap CSH, LLC, 201 NW 28th Street, Suite 1, Lincoln, NE 68528, phone 402-438-5900, email office@cshydraulics.com or info@cshydraulics.com (the "Program"). In this addendum, "we," "us," and "our" mean Central States Hydraulic Services. Thryv, Inc. provides the website and text messaging platform we use as our service provider. It does not send our text messages on its own behalf, and the Program does not operate on Thryv's short code.


2. Order of precedence
This addendum is part of the Terms and Privacy Policy for this website. The Thryv, Inc. documents linked above are general platform documents. If anything in them conflicts with this addendum, this addendum controls for the Program, the messages we send, and the personal information we collect through this website. This includes any reference to "Thryv," "Our customers," the phone number 85100, or the email smsinfo@thryv.com. For the Program, our own phone number and the contact details in Section 1 apply.


3. Program description and message types
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Central States Hydraulic Services at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include marketing and promotional offers, specials, and announcements about our hydraulic repair, parts, and machining products and services, and messages about your quote, appointments, repairs, order status, pickup and delivery, and other project needs. Our messages relate only to our own business and services.


4. How to opt in
You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked text message consent box on our Contact form at cshydraulics.com/contact-hydraulic-services and submitting the form. The box is not required to submit the form. We send a confirmation text after you opt in. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists for the Program.


5. Automated messages
Where the linked Thryv terms describe how messages are initiated, that description is about Thryv's platform. For purposes of the Program, you agree by opting in that we may send you automated marketing and project-related text messages using an automated messaging system, at the number you provided.


6. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is not required to buy any product or service, request a quote, or contact us. You can reach us by phone at 402-438-5900 or by email instead.


7. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per month, plus replies to your messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages we send.


8. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us, on the number that texted you. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also call 402-438-5900 or email office@cshydraulics.com. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again on our Contact form. The STOP and HELP instructions in the linked Thryv terms that refer to 85100 do not apply to the Program.

10. Eligibility
The Program is for U.S. mobile numbers and users 18 years or older. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent.


11. Carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers and Central States Hydraulic Services are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


12. Your mobile information and privacy
We use your mobile phone number and text opt-in information only to send you the messages you requested, to respond to you, and to operate the Program. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or text opt-in data and consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, whether or not for profit. This is an exception to anything in the linked Thryv Privacy Policy that describes sharing with advertising or analytics partners, including "custom audiences" or similar matching. Your mobile number and opt-in data are never used for that purpose. We share this information only with our messaging platform provider and mobile carriers, solely to deliver the messages on our behalf, and as required by law.


13. Information we collect and how we use it
When you contact us or opt in, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your message, your text consent choice, and a record of consent (date, time, and form used). We use it to respond to you, provide quotes and services, send the messages you agreed to receive, keep records of consent and opt-outs, operate and improve our website, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help operate our website and business, with professional advisors, and with authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.


14. Retention, security, and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes and to document text message consent. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us, subject to legal exceptions. Our website is not intended for children under 13.


15. Disputes and governing law
The arbitration, Dallas, Texas venue, and Texas law provisions in the linked Thryv terms apply only to disputes with Thryv, Inc. Disputes with Central States Hydraulic Services relating to the Program, this website, or your information are governed by Nebraska law and brought in the state or federal courts in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
